Schools & Groups
The Colorado Mountain Club Youth Education Program provides over 7,000 students per year with the opportunity to learn school subjects though mountain related recreation and education.
Our programs take place at your school, at the American Mountaineering Center in Golden, or at a variety of Front Range field sites.
Each educational offering is uniquely designed to complement school curricula and meet state standards. Students learn school subject concurrently with developing confidence, being physically active, and having fun. Programs can last anywhere from one hour to one week!

"This was my favorite field trip I've ever taken a group of 6th graders on in my 12 years working as a 6th grade teacher. High energy, high interest, high level of learning. Loved it!" – Ingrid Sarasin, 6th grade teacher, Eldorado K-8
