2016 Excellence in Climbing Awards Dinner

Celebrate and preserve the legacy of mountaineering

***TICKETS***

The American Alpine Club Library and Bradford Washburn American Mountaineering Museum help keep our mountaineering history alive by preserving over 100,000 publications, photographs, historical papers, and artifacts. It is through supporters like you that the library and museum are able to preserve the legacy of mountaineering and bring to life the cultural heart of our climbing community.

Join us May 7 at the History Colorado Center for the 2016 AAC Excellence in Climbing Awards Dinner to honor inductees to the Hall of Mountaineering Excellence and celebrate the recipients of the Alpina Cutting Edge Award.

Proceeds from the dinner will allow the Library and Museum to continue to give voice to these stories, procure new and inspiring pieces of our collective history and educate a new generation of climbers.

Tickets include a presentation, refreshments, auctions and a rowdy afterparty featuring 80s cover band, The Goonies.
