This section promotes the enjoyment of photography, provides a means for members to share knowledge and experience, facilitates a common interest photographing Colorado's mountain landscapes, and stimulates public interest in our mountain area.

Membership in the section provides opportunities for CMC members interested in photography to meet and enjoy outings with others who have similar interests. Major activities are monthly workshops and photography outings listed in the CMC Activity Schedule. We also offer assistance with the annual CMC photography show/contest, and offer a supply of good Colorado mountain pictures that may be used in CMC publications.
