The CMC has a small and dedicated staff, but the overwhelming majority of its activities, courses, trips and benefits are the product of unpaid volunteers who do so purely out of their love for the Colorado mountains and the CMC . We are always looking for more volunteers to help the CMC meet its challenging mission.
