| This gorgeous hike in Rocky Mountain National Park has endless scenic spots. We'll do a (sort-of) loop, starting at Bear Lake TH, go around some lakes and then down into Loch Vale, back out, then into Glacier Gorge, back out, go up passing by Alberta Falls and finally returning to the Bear Lake TH. The actual number of lakes, waterfalls and distance may vary depending on how quickly we progress. Bring your camera--we'll stop briefly for views and photos, but this is intended to be a hike and not a photography workshop. Suggest bring YakTrax or MicroSpikes. If enough interest, we'll stop in Lyons for dinner on way back. |
