CMC's Western Slope Group
For Grand Junction and Surrounding Communities
The Western Slope Group has members throughout the Grand Junction area. We bring people together who love the outdoors and the natural environment.
The Western Slope CMC's activities include hiking, backpacking, camping, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and cycling. The Club periodically conducts educational courses to promote increased knowledge and skills in being safe in enjoying the outdoors.

Wilderness First Aid --
Register here Dates: Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August 24 -- 9 am-5 pm each day
7 PM on the 1st Wednesday of each month (except No meeting in June, July, August).
Masonic Lodge, 2400 Consistory Court, just off 1st & Bookcliff.
Our monthly meetings include educational speakers and environmental issue updates, as well as stories and tales from our CMC trips.
Newsletter & E-Blast:
The monthly Canyon Call newsletter keeps our members informed of upcoming meetings, educational activities, adventures, Club trips and various outside activities of interest to our members.
The weekly E-Blast updates members on a more regular basis.
