Some Bio Facts: Biological Sciences-N. Carolina St. Univ., Member/Leader CMC-SMG Colorado Mountain Club. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and fishing has particularly been a passion of mine since childhood. Growing up on the East Coast, I spent many hours stalking fish from small farm ponds to the Outer Banks. In 1998 my team won the Ocracoke Invitational Saltwater Fishing Tournament. After moving to Estes Park 11 years ago, I have expanded my fishing horizons not only around the state of Colorado but also to some of the best international locales such as Ascension Bay, Bahamas and the United Kingdom. In 2004 I was hired as the fly fishing guide at the Historic Crags Lodge and later became General Manager in 2006. I opened Estes Adventures in 2005, which provided professional outdoor guide services to Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area. Currently, I do consulting work for the Estes Park lodging industry. While I continue to explore new places to hike and fish, Rocky Mountain National Park remains a favorite. I live in Estes Park with my wife, Alison and my daughter Kathryn - who, at 4 years old, is already an accomplished fly fisher.
