Details

Hike back into history visiting historic homesteads and observing many artifacts and learn the culture and lifestyle (1800-1918) of early settlers. Colorado Division of Wildlife-qualified, volunteer instructor Hora will expound on "Living With Wildlife". Colorado is known for its abundance and variety of wildlife. People come from all over the world to enjoy wildlife from the prairie chicken of the plains to the bighorn sheep, elk, bear, mountain lion and small mammals of the Rockies. As with all creatures we do not want to fear these wonderful animals, but want to have a healthy respect born out of leaning. Instructor Hora will contribute to your wildlife knowledge to know how to enjoy and live with these magnificent creatures.
