Meet at leader's duplex in Frisco.  Participants are encouraged to come up to Frisco between 8:30 and 9:30 Friday night and "bivy" in the duplex.  Bring sleeping bag pillow, breakfast.  Leader will provide beds and coffee.

Drive to trailhead (see note)

Hike to a saddle
at 11,670’: Scramble west up the W ridge of Tenmile Peak. Above tree line, the
ridge becomes increasingly rocky and provides some nice Class 3 scrambling.
From the summit head south along the ridge to Peak 3. This involves some Class
3 and 4 scrambling and downclimbing.

The ridge up to Peak 4 isn't difficult
but provides very
nice Class 3 scrambling on solid rock.  After Peak 4, continue on the easy ridge walk over to
Peak 5 and intersect the Miners Creek Trail.
Follow the
trail back down.

From low-clearance trailhead:  14 miles, 4500’.   With high-clearance 4WD, only 8 miles, 3100. Let me know if you can bring a high-clearance 4WD.

Sorry it is past the registration deadline for this event.
