Day 1: From the Poison Park Trailhead NW of Williams Creek Reservoir (NW of Pagosa Springs), backpack about 5.5 miles into a campsite near a small lakelet at about 11,300 feet. We start by losing 600 feet of elevation, then climbing about 2,900 feet up to our base camp. This will be the most strenuous day.
Day 2: Climb Hossick and unnamed Peak 13,010. Hossick should be easy; getting over to Peak 13,010 may require some work.

Day 3: Climb unnamed Peak 12,760 immediately west of Hossick Lake (and south of Hossick Pk) and then proceed south on a narrow ridge to unnamed Peak 12,768. Peak 12,768 looks quite imposing when looking at the 7.5-minute topo map; it may be our toughest challenge.

Day 4: Climb Cimarrona North (12,536 feet) and Cimarrona South (12,577 feet). This will be our easiest day.

Day 5: Return to the Poison Park Trailhead.

I have never been into this area, nor have I even seen these peaks from a distance. It will be a totally exploratory trip, though I have talked to some folks who have been into the area to climb some of our objectives, and there is some beta available online. I have been told it is a beautiful area.
