Crosier Mtn sits atop Crosier Mountain Roadless Area in the Roosevelt National Forest about 15 miles west of Loveland Colorado.  There are three trails to the summit.  One from Glen Haven on the west side, one from the north, and one from Drake on the east side.  I have led "B" hikes up this mountain from the west side several times, but the east approach is 1000' more gain in about the same distance so is a "C" hike.  The last half mile to the summit is the same for both routes but otherwise the hikes are definitely not the same.

I have decided that there will be no significant snow this winter (just kidding) so this will be a trail hike without snowshoes, although micro spikes are recommended and expect any to all of snow, slush, ice, mud, and dry trail.  As of Tuesday before trip, mostly dry weather is forcast through the weekend so I think the trail will be dry.

Sorry it is past the registration deadline for this event.
