Luis Benitez Talk  - Thursday February 15, 2018 at 6:30 PM – Club Conf Rooms C,D, (1 st floor)        Luis Benitez, mountaineer and Colorado's first Director of the Outdoor Recreation Industry Office, will present on his climbing expeditions to Mt. Everest and peaks around the world. He will also discuss the importance of the recreation industry.

Spring – Summer Conservation Hikes Scheduled so far.       

Saturday May 19, 2018 – Colorado public Lands day – “Storm Peak Hike” – Rampart  East Roadless Area . Hike to Highest Point of this low elevation area that is designated roadless area. Steve Bonowski (Denver & CMC                           Conservation)

Saturday May 19, 2018 – Colorado Public Lands Day – “BLM Royal Gorge Proposed Wilderness, Conservation Series”. Hike two areas that our being proposed as low elevation designated wilderness. Karl Ford (Denver & CMC Conservation)
