Meadow Creek trail enters the Eagles Nest Wilderness Area. In the beginning it passes through aspen stands. At .6 miles it comes to the intersection with Lily Pad trail. As it continues upward, you will sees views of Dillon Reservoir and the Upper Blue Valley. Near timerline, it opens up in a large meadow with beautiful views of the the surrounding area. If conditions warrent and we have lots of energy, we could continue an addition 1-2 miles up to Eccles Pass at 11,900.

This will be a snowshoe trip. Bring snowshoes and micro spikes and we will assess conditions as the hike gets closer.
This is a Bobcats trip. The Bobcats' mission is to ensure a variety of challenging CMC trips, especially “B Difficult” and “C” hikes and Difficult Snowshoes, for our mostly age-50+ constituents. We may sponsor other activities of interest to our members, everything from bike rides to camping. Although we have members, we don’t have dues or elections, and our trips are non-exclusive. We welcome all CMC members to sign up for any Bobcats trip regardless of age or Bobcats membership.
