Notes

Several people cancelled and David took over for Greg Long.  Seems back injuries are going around.  Arrived TH at 4:45 am and that wasn't early enough for the soft, fluffy snow that dropped near Loveland Pass early in the week.  Add to that trip leader's snow shoe binding epic failed and had to be ditched.  Resulted in very tough climbing through soft snow.  Made decision to turn around at our agreed upon time.  We got to a couple hundred vertical feet of the base of the couloir.  Enjoyed lunch together in Idaho Springs.  A fun trip even though we didn't summit and we learned alot.
