Details

Interested folks will submit an application to a lottery system for campsites, due by March 25.  Once campers are selected, they will be notified and given a passcode to sign up on this calendar.  Waitlist participants will also be notified.  Payment of $27 will be made directly to CMC when signing up.  If a selected participant registers for the trip, and cancels at a later date, there will NOT be a refund.  CMC's policy is no refund for an event costing $35 or less. Please see CMC cancellation policy below.

We have reserved almost all of the campsites in one loop of the campground.  All campsites will be shared with other members of RMOTHG.  Please remember that we are representing RMOTHG and CMC, and respect the rules of the campground as well as the other campers.

Because we are full, we will not be able to accommodate guests or additional campers at the campout.  As identified in the newsletter, only RMOTHG members are allowed to attend.  Pets can not be accommodated.

Notes

Activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. will be offered.  Remember your equipement to participate in the activities that are of interest to you.  Our campground is located at high altitude.  Remember your sunscreen, bug repellant, clothing layers.  It may be warm during the day, but quite chilly at night.  Rain is also a possibility at any time.

Please bring your senior discount card.  The campground host will most likely want to see one for each campsite, even though you didn't reserve the campsite.

Most campers will be expected to bring up group equipment/supplies, such as tents, card tables, firewood, misc supplies, etc.  Assignments regarding these items will be made based on what campers can pickup and transport.
