This is a challening, tough, trip, so only experienced, confident hikers should register.  It will be a long, hard day - don't count on being back for early evening plans.

From the Glacier Gorge Trailhead in RMNP, we hike past Alberta Falls and The Loch up to Timerline Falls.  When we reach the falls, we will scramble up about 30' of wet rocks beside the Falls - which will be rigorous and semi-hazerdous - and we will be getting splashed as we scramble up - so bring rain gear.  The route beyond the Falls to Sky Pond and back is also extreme hiking.  Not quite scrambling, but requiring careful foot placement on every step, including occasional handholds.  All of that said, this is a very scenit hike.

We meet at 6:15am for a no later than 6:30 departure from the CoorsTEK lot across the street from the Colorado Mountain Club building in Golden.

If you are meeting us in Lyons meet near the bathrooms at the Sandstone Park, be there by 6:45-7am.

Please let us know at which location you are meeting us.

If you have a Park Pass, please bring it for your car.
