Steve Dielman -

We will start at Cameron Pass (~10,250 ft) and travel up the steep rise to the east of the parking area then proceed from a saddle to Table Iron (~12,050 ft). We will then drop into another saddle to the south east before making the climb up to Iron Mountain (~12,250 ft).

This route is entirely off-trail and will be more strenuous than the statistics suggest.   We will likely need snowshoes and/or microspikes for portions of the route including the initial steep forested hillside.  Bring both snowshoes and microspikes.  This is a very scenic hike, with mostly open views along most of the route of the Rawahs, Never Summers, Nokhu Crags and into RMNP.

Sorry it is past the registration deadline for this event.
