USFS has requested CMC Denver Trails Committee to clear avalanche debris in the form of down trees on the Geneva Basin iron fen access road.  We can drive to the gate just off FS-119 about 1.5 miles beyond the Shelf Lake Trail parking lot.  There are about 20 down trees just beyond the gate, a short walk from our vehicle(s).  This is a saw project and cross cut saw certification or experience is preferred but not necessary.  This will probably be completed in fairly short time.  If so me move over to Bruno Gulch to work the first 200' of trail from the TH.  This is a small project that is hard to fit in with our larger rehab of 2 miles of trail there.  Two short projects in the same area should make a decent, but not long, day.  This will be our 5th and last project in Geneva Basin this season.

Sorry it is past the registration deadline for this event.
