CMC 2028 Strategic Alignment at a Glance

After arriving at the 2025 benchmark in the midst of a massive building transition and the creation of Basecamp, CMC board and staff created a strategic alignment that uses the foundation of the 2025 strategic plan with our alignment on broad goals and areas of improvement over the next 3 years for 2028. This is a snapshot of the work accomplished at the end of 2025 setting us up for the next 3-years.
