Basic Snowshoe – Flying J Ranch
Fun, short and easy hike/snowshoe/microspike close to Denver for RMOTHG members. We will be doing the Shadow Pine Loop Trail (not including the spur trail to the lower parking lot) - about 4 miles in length and 360 ft elevation gain.

Please meet at 10 am at the Upper Parking Lot for Flying J Ranch, Conifer, CO.

From the intersection of 470 and 285 go west (officially "South") for approx.13.5 miles to Conifer.

Take the Evergreen / 73 exit (at Sinclair Station)

Stay on 73 going towards Evergreen.

At 2 miles take a left into park. Wind your way up to Flying J's Upper Parking Lot.
Unless there is a significant snow between now then I would guess we'll just need microspikes. But I will update everyone a couple of days before outing re: weather & conditions.
Please meet at the trailhead by 10 am - packed and ready to roll.
