 RY hike starts from the Hewlett Gulch Trailhead\, the route quickly le
 aves the established trail and heads off-trail uphill\, following a ri
 dge to intersect the Greyrock Meadows Trail and continue to the summit
  of Greyrock Mountain. After enjoying the summit\, descend via the Gre
 yrock Meadows Trail to the saddle southwest of the meadows\, then leav
 e the trail again for an off-trail steep traverse back to the Hewlett 
 Gulch Trail. Follow Hewlett Gulch Trail downhill to complete the loop 
 at the trailhead.
