Whether a novice or expert backcountry traveler, join CMC Hiking Safety School Director and author Art Hogling for a "tune up" of your safety skills concerning increasingly frequent wilderness wild animal encounters. We will respectfully cover bears, mountain lions, wild hogs, coyotes, rattlesnakes, live stock protection dogs and the animal Colorado Parks and Wild Life has recently proclaimed as Colorado's most dangerous mammal, moose. We will also prepare you for future encounters with Colorado's newest apex predator, Gray wolves.
