Part of the Western Slope Group's "Fall Canyons" trip.  Participants must be registered for the Fall Canyons trip.

Road Trip Ryan has a good description https://www.roadtripryan.com/go/t/utah/moab/hidden-valley. The first part is strenuous and then you get to a bench. Climbing to the rock art may be a bit of a scramble as well. It should take 3-5 hours.
