Bike – Boreas Pass TH

This is a scenic 20-mile mountain/gravel bike ride starting in the vast and beautiful expanse of South Park (285/Como) up to the top of Boreas Pass. Rated easy- this fun ride climbs 1700 ft up a historic road / railroad track built in the late 1800's for gold mining. The turn-around point is at the old Section House – built in 1881 to lodge the railroad community. This ride is primarily geared towards folks over 50 who prefer a less aggressive, but moderate & steady, pace on non-technical terrain.
