Camp – Superbowl Campground near Indian Creek UT

This trip is led by Paul Sheya, Anne is registrar until 9/20.

Spend a few crisp October days day tripping in the Canyonlands area.  Base camp is the BLM Superbowl Group Campsite near N and S Sixshooter Peaks.  Outing options include hiking (Needles District Canyonlands NP), mtn biking, 4WD or motorcycling (Lockhart Basin and Lavendar Canyon), and climbing (Indian Creek).

 You will be added to the roster once register with leader request is received, we have your camping details and payment is received.  Campsite cost per person $25 if we have at least 12 participants. Preference to WSG members or Western Colorado residents/guests registering before 9/21.

Maximum 10 vehicles so carpooling is encouraged. Please indicate your interests and bring necessary equipment (hiking, 4WD, motorcycle (a non CMC activity), mtn bike and/or climbing). These will be in non-CMC groups on your own if we don't have a leader available. If you are a leader interested in leading/posting a climb, hike or MTB please state in registration request comments.

Specific daily events to be discussed and decided once we have the roster after 9/21.   Bring your satellite communication device and/or walkie talkies if you own them!

 Outhouse only, no water nor electricity nor trash service, no cell service. Two picnic tables, shade shelter.  2 nearby first come first serve campsites.
