Meet at Wooly Mammoth Park N Ride section BB at  6:30 am for a prompt departure at 6:40 am.  Wooly Mammoth is located at 18560 U.S. Hwy 40, Golden, CO 80401.

From the Wooly Mammoth, we will take I-70 to the Silverthorn exit.  At the exit we will take a right, and go to the 7-11 on the right for a rest stop.

After the rest stop, we'll head to up CO 9 north for 10 miles to Ute Park Rd.  Go 1 mile up this road to the trailhead.
