This will be a fitness hike meant to help build aerobic endurance. We will hike along the Ben Tyler Trail from the trailhead along Hwy 285. This is an out-and-back trail, singletrack, mostly wooded/shaded for the majority of the route, with views at the top of the Lost Creek Wilderness.
This hike is challenging- we will be moving at a brisk pace to train aerobic base/endurance. Please ensure your current conditioning is suitable so that you will be able to keep up with the group.
If I have not hiked with you before, please send me a recent hike you have done in the last 3 months of similar length and pacing.
