Hiking – Deep Creek Trail 418 to Iron Mountain Basin
We will follow the Deep Creek Trail #418 from the Deep Creek TH off Last Dollar Road just outside Telluride. We will then take an unmarked trail into pristine and seldom visited Iron Mountain Basin. There will be wildflowers and a waterfall at the hike terminus. There is a possible wet crossing of Deep Creek so hiking poles and water shoes are recommended.

Leashed, friendly doggies are welcome, but be warned that there may be a wet crossing of the creek so be prepared to carry your dog if they are not able to cross the creek independently.
Meet at 7:30 am at the parking area on the West Side of Hwy 550 at Government Springs Road, just before MP 121.
