Excited to offer a favorite hike of mine that I discovered 25 years ago while living in Nederland! While much has changed from the parking area, to the fence around the Moffett Tunnel the scenery is still the same. The trail starts off with a beautiful hike through a forest, then we'll pass our first lake, Rogers Pass Lake, that has beautiful views followed by an ascent that will take us to Heart Lake.
Parking fills up quickly at the trailhead on the weekends, so we'll plan to meet at the Boulder Canyon Trail at 5:30 am. Details will be emailed to participants ahead of time.
