Hiking – East Portal TH - Heart Lake
We begin our hike at east portal Moffat tunnel parking lot . we ascend through the forest and the trail opens up to expansive views of the continental divide .There are several creek crossings and a narrow log bridge to cross, be sure you are comfortable with this before signing up .
