Hiking – Elephant Butte

We will hike on trails in Alderfer park toward the Elephant Butte Trail, then turn around and head back to the cars.

We will hike on trail toward our nominal destination for two hours or so until we reach the Elephant Butte Trail, then turn around and head back to the cars. 

If there is interest, apre hike at Red Rocks Grill in Morrison. Please advise privately of any medical conditions or medications that could impact your hike safety.

Leave from Wooly Mammoth Ride Share lot Section HH at 8 am. Driving distance is 36 mi RT = $11 shared by carpool occupants.
