(Please note – there is a daily vehicle pass charge of $10.00, unless the owner of the vehicle purchased a Colorado State Park Pass as part of vehicle registration.)

We will travel counterclockwise on the Mountain Lion Trail. The trail wanders through a wide variety of terrain, including open meadows, aspen groves, along creeks, and through dense evergreen forests. Note that portions of this trail include stream crossings and steep descents on loose rock and dirt; if you have balance issues, this trip may not be for you. The Park warns that there is still snow at some higher elevations; please bring traction devices.
