This is an out-and-back hike to Lincoln Lake via Resthouse Meadows and Lincoln Lake Trail.

The trailhead and campground are at the intersection of CO-103 (Mt Blue Sky/Evans Rd) and CO-5.  There is a parking area before the entrance to the campground proper. The historic Mt Evans Lodge sits across the intersection. There is a restroom near the parking area.

Après (post) hike tailgate: If weather permits, let’s tailgate after the hike at the TH Parking Lot.  Bring your favorite beverage, some snacks to share, and a folding chair.  

Meet at the Wooly Mammoth Park-n-Ride, Section BB, 18560 US-40, Golden, CO 80401 at 6:20 for a 6:30 departure (Wooly Mammoth PnR).  We'll then carpool to the trailhead at the intersection of CO-103 (Mt Blue Sky/Evans Rd) and CO-5 (Google Maps).
