Hiking – Loveland Pass- West Ridge Trail

Have you ever said to yourself, "I wish I could hike Sniktau, but it's too dang steep."  Well, the west ridge of Loveland Pass is a gentler alternative with most of the same amazing views, yay!!!  Here's the catch, weather is coming in as it is all week, so we need to be back to our cars by 11:00 or 11:30.  I do still rate this hike as more on the moderate side as it still has a rather steep beginning and is very high elevation so please keep this in mind.  We may need to park beyond Loveland Pass at a parking lot 1/4 mile further.  It's not that bad of a walk and, if you beg me, I might be nice and drop you off at the pass!!!
