The goal would be to summit both Mount Hope (13,933) and Quail Mountain (13,461), hikers must be able to to keep a moderate pace (2mph on the less steeper slopes - obviously much slower for the final ascent.) This hike will include class 2 scramble and parts of this hike will be off trail with route finding involved - hence the mileage could be more than anticipated.
This hike is not for beginners.
Meet at the Sheep Gulch trailhead at 7am for a 7:15 start.

No organized carpool by the trip leader, (leader will already be in the area for the weekend) if anyone else wants to coordinate carpool, please let the leader know.
Required Equipment
Good hiking shoes, poles & mircospikes recommended, snacks and water enough for the whole day, layers, it might be windy and cold at the summit. And as always, the 10 essentials.
