Hiking – No Thoroughfare Canyon
We will hike to the second waterfall and return. The last mile of the hike follows a primate trail and trail is not well developed that travels along the stream bed. It is anticipated that the waterfalls will be spectacular ice flows. This is a 6 mile hike with 800 ft elevation gain.

This hike is along an undeveloped trail that travels along a stream bed. Wear waterproof books and bring micro-spikes or yak tracks as the trail may be icy.
We will meet at the Devils Kitchen Picnic area within Colorado National Monument at 9:00 am.
Directions: From Highway 340, take Monument Road 3.7 miles towards the Colorado National Monument. Turn right into the Devil's Kitchen Picnic Area just past the National Monument entrance station. Meet in the parking lot.
Required Equipment
Ten essentials, clothing layers, micro-spikes or yak tracks, water proof boots, water, lunch, and snacks.
