Explorartory. We'll explore this seldom used trail that rises high above the Poudre River. This trail was closed during the Cameron Peak fire but hasn't been restored and reopened.

This is a bit of a long drive from Denver. We'll make a stop in Ft. Collins before heading up Poudre Canyon. Bring cash for you driver.
We'll be aware of moose in the upper meadows. There is a possibility of seeing bighorn sheep.
Thornton Park-N-Ride - 88th and Grant. Let's meet on the west side of I-25 at 7 am.
