Trip

Hiking – South Twin Cone Peak

We will be starting at Kenosha pass and not Ben Tyler trailhead. Will plan to summit South Twin Cone, North Twin Cone and Mount Blaine, all of which are about 12,300 feet in elevation or slightly over. The trip will be 17 miles approximately and around 3400 gain. There may be some trailbreaking and microspikes will be needed, day before will determine need for snowshoes but probably these won't be needed. I have done this route before as a snowshoe but just summited north twin cone. Please email jpachecowashu30@gmail.com or text 314-910-8731 to register. I will ask some questions or speak with you on the phone if I do not know you.
