The trail begins at the Gold Camp parking lot in North Cheyenne Canyon. Follow high drive to the Seven Bridges trail. Loud’s Cabin is approximately 1.5 miles beyond the last bridge following trail 622A. The trail is popular, though there are fewer people beyond Seven Bridges. The trail is well defined. There is considerable loose gravel in spots.

In addition to the ten essentials, bring snacks/early lunch if you prefer for when we reach the cabin.
I don’t know if the trail will be completely clear. There is the possibility of packed snow/ice. If that is the case, traction would be helpful. I typically carry spikes along this time of year.
Those interested in carpooling can meet in the southeast corner of the Albertsons parking lot on highway 50 in Pueblo for a 7am departure or meet at the trailhead for a hiking start time of 8am. *Trip begins and ends at the trailhead.
