We will meet at the Buffalo Cabin trailhead at the top of Wildernest at 5pm and leave promptly after.  Note there is a 1130 ft elevation gain on this relatively short 4.5 mile hike.  I'd like to hike at ~2.5mph so that we have ~30minutes at the falls to have a picnic dinner.   And still have an extra hour of guardband to get back to the trailhead before the 8:30pm sunset.

Please bring your picnic dinner, plenty of water, and the 10 essentials.
