High-ish altitude near Frisco starting out at 9k' and mostly out of the winds. Snowshoe/spike/hike up the tree-covered valley trail next to streambed.

This is reasonably paced training "hike" in prep of summer goals of being at altitude while enjoying a buffer from the weather. Pace will be 1.2 mph (snowshoes) to 1.6 mph spikes/hike. This trail will be smashed down this weekend prior to hike. Distance will depend on how many participants.
If this trail is not a fit, another one will be substituted.
Time will depend on weather throughout the day, hwvr prepare to meet at Woolly Mammoth at 5:30 am when the sun rises.
