Welcome to Rise & Grind – Guest Leader Edition, the CMC Boulder Group’s morning hiking and coffee series. Our objective is to start our day off right with some exercise, good company and a little mindfulness. In addition to the hike itself, we’ll pause on the summit for a moment of silent reflection and set our intentions for the day. Afterward there will be an optional stop for coffee, symbolizing a fresh start and the energy needed to conquer the day. While Christopher is offline, the Guest Leader Edition will feature various guest trip leaders.
For this morning's Rise & Grind we’ll be hiking the Red Rocks and Anemone Loop. The hike is expected to be 4.4 miles long and ascend 900 feet. The trip should take approximately two hours, but allow for up to three.
Please note, this is a before-work hike for some participants, so it’s important that we maintain our pace and finish promptly so folks can get to work on time. Please know your own abilities and be considerate of the rest of the group when you sign up.
