RMOTHG Trip – Meridian Trail

This 6.5 mile / 1700' gain hike ascends the steepish Meridian Trail in Bailey. We'll hike up to the saddle and the border of the Mount Evans Wilderness Area - just east of Rosedale Peak. Moving at a steady 2 mph pace this is a great trail for building early season endurance. Possible moose sigtings. Estimated time to complete: 4 hours.

Meeting Time:    7:45 am

Meeting Place:   Morrison PnR  (3485 S. Rooney Rd, Morrison, CO). From the Morrison Rd /CO 8 exit of 470 go west towards Morrison. Take immediate right on South Rooney Rd. Dirt Parking Lot is directly on your right across from the gas station/convenience store.
