RMOTHG Trip – Northglenn, Platte River to Adams County Fairgrounds

This is a Terrapin ride offering a shorter option than the Hare ride to Adams County Fair Grounds. We will ride from the Black-eyed Pea restaurant to the Platte River trail to Valenti Park at 104th Street and back.

The ride from Valenti Park back to the Black-eyed Pea is uphill and often into the wind, but we will go slowly and stop often if necessary to keep the participants together.

There will be an optional lunch at the Black-eyed Pea restaurant.

Meet at the Black-eyed Pea restaurant in Northglenn shopping area 211 W 104th Ave, Northglenn, CO 80234 (Black-eyed Pea - Google Maps) Please arrive at 8:30 so we can leave by 9:00.

Helmets are mandatory.  Bring a bike tube to fit your tire and the ten essentials (Denver Group Biking Guidance Notes - Google Docs).  Also bring plenty of water and food for a snack break at Valenti Park.
