Come join me before the crush of the Labor Day weekend crowds! Since this summer has been so hot will start early.
We'll start with easier routes and move up in rating as time allows. This is a fun area with a short approach. Must have taken basic rock at a minimum.
Lead climbing is optional after a brief skills check, however top rope options will be available. Must be able to proficiently tie in, top rope belay, and clean anchors. Ability to lead belay is preferred.
Location: Meet at Lazy V Trailhead parking lot:

There is an entrance fee for all State Parks.

You will need your own climbing gear: harness, helmet, climbing shoes, belay device (brake assisted preferred). Bring a rope and quick draws if you've got them and we will carry in what we need from the parking lot.
