Scramble – IPW - Arapahoe Traverse

We will start from the Fourth of July TH and take the standard route up Arapaho Pass Trl to the Arapaho saddle. It’s fairly steep Class 2 terrain to the top of South Arapaho where we will break, assess the weather, and proceed accordingly. The Arapaho ridge is approximately 0.6mi long and progresses from easy Class 3 to Class 3+. Some rate the crux as a short Class 4 down-climb on the way, so please be sure you are comfortable on this terrain before registering. After summiting North Arapaho we will retrace our steps back to the parking lot.
