Due to road closures. We will start up the road from Summit Lake to drop down the gully towards Abyss Lake. Then we will follow the 14ers Tour de Abyss loop to Mt. Blue Sky. From there we will determine whether to continue back to the car down the road, via a short descent path, or continue back over to Mt. Spaulding before ending at Summit Lake parking.

Meet at the Summit lake parking on Mt. Blue Sky / CO 5. Start time is 4am.
Carpool will be arranged separately in an email.
Required Equipment
In addition to the 10 essentials, plan for weather conditions of possible rain and wind. There is a chance of snow so also bring microspikes and a headlamp for a night start. The sawtooth is class 3 so helmets are required.
