In this class, participants will learn the following topics:
- Gear: aiders/etriers, daisy chains, protection, ascenders
- Leading: basic aid sequence, transitioning from aid to free
- Following: ascending with jumars and aiders
Prerequisite for this class is Trad Lead Climbing. Students should have several years of trad climbing experience and be comfortable climbing 5.10 on top rope and leading 5.6/5.7 trad outside.
