The School cost includes your nonrefundable Loveland Ski Area lift ticket.*  NOTE: *If you already have a Loveland Season Pass or a Loveland 4-pak lift ticket and don't need a lift ticket,  use promo code 20TSS27 to deduct the cost from your registration total.

Course Requirements

This course has no scheduled activities.

Roster
Required Equipment

You must be able to comfortably and safely get on and off of a ski chairlift and be comfortable skiing green terrain.  You don't have to be able to telemark on green terrain, but you do need alpine/downhill skiing skills.  This is not a "how-to-ski-if-you've-never-skied" course.

If you don't have telemark equipment (skis, boots, poles), you'll have to rent it.  => Be sure to try on your rental equipment both in the rental shop AND at home. Be sure boots and ski bindings are compatible and that you know how to put on and remove the boots from the bindings.

These are required:

  • Modern metal-edged skis (minimum waist of 80mm) with telemark bindings
  • Plastic telemark ski boots compatible with telemark bindings on the skis
  • Downhill area or backcountry retractable ski poles
  • Clothing to stay comfortable in mountain conditions at elevation, INCLUDING wearing a ski helmet on the mountain
