Hiking – Argentine Peak via Waldorf site

CMC has offered this trip for decades because of its wild beauty and views. It's a very good cardio workout starting at 11,600'. Be prepared for a bumpy ride to get to the start point of the Waldorf site.

This is an partially exploratory trip for the leader.  Research shows it's been a route to Argentine Peak for 20+ years.  Because it's above treeline and Sept 30th, all hikers need to bring the pack items they carry for winter hikes.

Meet at BB section of Wooly Mammoth P&R at 5:30 a.m. for immediate departure.  Next stop bathrooms at Georgetown visitors center.
